Article Marketing is one of these easiest and cheapest way of getting traffic to your site. Your articles promote your sites by providing back links to them and therefore increasing their page rank. But first you must catch your audience's attention

Title is key!! If your title doesn't catch the reader's attention, you won't have any readers. Before you commit to a title, try to make sure it is unique for tracking purposes by first searching for it in the search engines.

When creating your author names, it is important to create your author as an expert in a certain field as opposed to a free lance writer. It you choose to write articles on different topics and categories, I suggest you use different author names for each subject.

Another question is whether or not to use your own name. There isn't really a rule. Some people do, some people don't. It's really a question on how comfortable you feel using your own name.

Now...about duplicate content. There are a few different methods you can use to avoid duplicate content. You can write many different versions of the same article. Or you can use different tools to create different versions for you and even some tools will submit them for you.

Using the author box effectively can dramatically increase your page rank and visits. Two links should be use, one to your homepage and the other should be a location you want readers to visit. Keep in mind most article sites won't publish your article if it contains more than two links.

Using keywords for your link text is very important. Search engines associate your site with the text. Try not to use terms such as "click here".

More back links will increase your page rank. Be sure to submit plenty of articles. Try to aim at one article per day, or 3-5 per week is a good start.
